By booking or using any workspace, desk, or office at Rhythex Co-Workspace, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept, you may not use our facilities.

2. Nature of Service

• Rhythex Co-Workspace provides temporary access to shared office spaces, desks, and meeting rooms on a pay-per-use basis.
• No tenancy, lease, or property rights are created by this arrangement.
• Access is limited to the stipulated booking period.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made via our website or authorized channels.
• Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Rates are subject to change; confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments.

4. Use of Workspace

• Workspaces are for professional use only.
• Users must not engage in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe activities.
• Noise levels must be kept reasonably low to respect other occupants.
• Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas.

5. Internet & Facilities

• Wi-Fi access is provided but not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
• Users are responsible for their own data security.
• Shared equipment (printers, projectors, etc.) must be used responsibly.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• Rhythex Co-Workspace is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• Users are responsible for their own belongings.
• We do not guarantee business outcomes, productivity, or networking opportunities.
• Use of the workspace is at your own risk.

7. Health & Safety

• Users must comply with all safety instructions and emergency procedures.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• Any accidents or hazards must be reported immediately.

8. Termination of Access

• Rhythex Co-Workspace reserves the right to deny or terminate access without refund if a user violates these Terms.
• Users must vacate the premises promptly at the end of their booking period.

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected during booking will be used only for service provision and communication.
• We will not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
